One last Veterans' Day Post

Yesterday, our church had a Chili Cook Off  to honor our veterans.  My mother organized and put on this wonderful event.  I wish I had pictures to share. It was very well attended and several men spoke about their service.


What I learned, I want to share with you:  Ask a veteran to tell you about their service!    I think there are stories that haven't been told.  Give someone a chance to share it if they want to (or can).
